To save you the time on reading lots of sites, I have summarized my effor here…

DON’T PLUG YOUR IPOD YET!

1. Check your Ipod Touch is at 2.2 firmware. Where to check?

• On your ipod, select Settings — General — about .
• You will see under the word Version what you have. If  it’s lower than 2.2, please go to http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/softwareupdate.html and you need to purchase it. IF you have 2.1, they say you can upgrade for free through your itunes. Don’t know the steps because mine is 2.2 =p So please try to see if you can upgrade for free first ok? =)

2. Make sure you have the latest itunes installed or at least version 8. If you don’t please update.

3. Once you have those items done, now, we get down to business =)
